Masarich as vice president of worldwide sales and Glenn Flinchbaugh as vice president of marketing. As vice president of worldwide sales, Masarich will build out Devicescape's global field operations and will lead company revenue generation. He joins Devicescape with 20 years of executive-level sales and marketing management experience, with a focus on growing emerging companies. During his nine years at Cadence Design Systems, Masarich rose to the executive ranks and played a key role in transitioning the company from a small, niche player, into an industry leader with near billion-dollar revenue. He led sales at privately held Technology Modeling, Inc., and Blaze Software, Inc., successfully establishing and driving revenue with a corresponding substantial increase in company valuation. Masarich also held senior sales and marketing management positions at Summit Design, and demonstrated his entrepreneurial leadership as the president of New Vision Systems.
Flinchbaugh started at Devicescape in 2004 as senior director of marketing, establishing the department and all elements of the marketing function. His promotion to vice president of marketing recognizes his fundamental contribution to the direction and position of the company. A veteran of the device software market, he brings extensive experience in the networking and consumer electronics markets. Prior to joining Devicescape, Flinchbaugh led the embedded Linux software initiative at Wind River Systems. There, he also developed and launched the industry's first full development platforms and software subscription licensing program, and managed the company's product offerings for the data communications and telecom markets, helping grow annual revenue in those segments from $10 million to $100 million. Flinchbaugh also held positions in engineering and product management at Telcordia Technologies (formerly Bell Communications Research).
