Where We Always Focus

Enterprise’s investment approach has remained consistent throughout our 21 year history. We prefer to invest in companies close to our California headquarters. We seek diversity in the sectors in which we invest. And when we coinvest with other venture firms we typically do so with top tier firms who have a track record of success.

Where We Focus Now

As you would expect, the specific sectors where Enterprise invests change over time as markets emerge, grow and mature. A significant part of our portfolio is invested in early stage companies, although we do consider later stage and buyout opportunities on a case-by-case basis.  Currently, we are looking primarily at investments in the life science
